Christina gave her heart to Jesus when she was five years old. When she was 14, she surrendered her life to God and told Him that she would do anything and go anywhere He wanted. At that time, she did not know that He was calling her to missions. It wasn’t until she was a freshman in college that God spoke to her about being a missionary. She accepted His call and got her first taste of missions as an intern in Bolivia during her junior year in college.
